Catering Policy

Prime No.7 Korean & Japanese Restaurant is delighted to offer catering services featuring our signature Korean BBQ, Sushi, and Korean Fried Chicken cuisines. We aim to provide an exceptional dining experience for your events, whether corporate gatherings, weddings, birthdays, or any other special occasion.

1. Menu Selection: Our catering menu boasts a wide array of options from our three main cuisines: Korean BBQ, Sushi, and Korean Fried Chicken. Customers can choose from our pre-designed catering packages or customize their menu to suit their preferences and dietary requirements. Our team will collaborate with you to craft a personalized culinary experience for your event.
2. Booking Procedure: To ensure seamless execution of your catering order, we require all orders to be placed at least five days in advance of the event date. Upon confirmation of your order, a 25% upfront non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation. This deposit is essential to guarantee the availability of our services for your desired date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
3. Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, necessitating the cancellation of your catering order. Should you need to cancel, we kindly request that you notify us at least 3 days prior to the scheduled event date. Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the 25% upfront non-refundable deposit.
4. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the scheduled event date will incur the forfeiture of the 25% upfront non-refundable deposit, and the customer will be responsible for the additional 25% of total This policy is in place to compensate for the time, effort, and resources invested in preparing for the event.
5. Event Modifications: Should you require any modifications to your catering order, such as adjustments to the guest count or menu selections, please inform us as soon as possible. We understand that last-minute changes may arise, and we will make every effort to accommodate your requests. However, please note that modifications made within 2 days before the event date may be subject to additional charges or limitations, depending on the nature of the request and our ability to fulfill it.
6. Delivery Charges: For catering orders that require delivery, a 10% upcharge will be applied to the total order amount. This upcharge covers the cost associated with transportation and delivery services provided by Prime No.7 Korean Restaurant.
7. Acknowledgment of Policy: It is imperative that all customers carefully read and acknowledge our catering policy before submitting their order. By placing an order with Prime No.7 Korean Restaurant, you signify your understanding and agreement to adhere to the terms outlined in this policy.
